Refund & Return Policy

At CheerCombo, our mission is to ensure every fan is perfectly equipped for the 2026 World Cup. We live by our motto: “Measure Twice, Cut Once”. Because we ship internationally and offer deep customization, we have a specialized refund policy designed to be fair and efficient.

1. The “No-Return” International Policy

To provide the fastest service and lowest prices, we do not require you to physically mail items back to our international warehouse. Physical returns are often more expensive than the jersey itself. Instead, if there is an issue, we resolve it through replacements or refunds.

2. Manufacturing Defects & Seller Errors (100% Covered)

If we make a mistake, we take full responsibility. We will provide a 100% Free Replacement (reshipped at our cost) or a Full Refund if:

  • Defective Quality: The jersey has fabric tears, peeling logos, or significant sewing flaws.

  • Wrong Item: We sent the wrong team, wrong version (Fan vs. Player), or wrong size compared to your order.

  • Customization Error: There is a spelling error or wrong number that differs from the text you provided in the “Customize Name” or “Customized Number” fields.

3. Customized Items (Final Sale)

Jerseys that have been personalized with a Name, Number, or specific Tournament Patches are unique to you.

  • Final Sale: These items cannot be returned or refunded for “change of mind” or customer-side errors (e.g., typos provided by the customer).

  • Customer Size Error: If you ordered the wrong size, we cannot offer a full refund for customized kits. However, we offer a “Consolation Discount” (40% – 50% OFF) for you to order a corrected replacement.

4. Shipping & Loss

  • Lost in Transit: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a 100% Free Reshipment.

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for lost packages if the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect.

5. How to File a Claim

To start a claim, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your package.

  1. Provide your Order Number.

  2. Attach 2-3 clear photos of the issue (e.g., the defect, the wrong size tag, or the incorrect printing).

  3. Our team will review your request and provide a solution (Replacement or Refund) within 24-48 hours.
